Springhill Reserve is one of the most beautiful, naturally developed neighborhoods in the valley and we take great pride in helping to maintain its natural beauty.
One way we do that we do this is by enforcing our covenants, which have been created for the benefit of very owner.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Any major changes to the exterior of your property (house, garage, landscaping) must to be submitted to the DRC for approval.
Only two automobiles are allowed to be parked outside on driveways or parking spaces. RV’s, Boats, Trailers, etc., must be stored in an enclosed garage or carport that is fully screened.
Trash cans always need to be kept in your garage or screened from view except for trash pick-up day.
No livestock, poultry or other animals except dogs, cats, or small in-house pets at permitted. Each lot is restricted to no more than three domesticated pets.
Pets must be leashed or under voice command / control when on SHR trails. Owners must clean up after their pet immediately.
Lawns and landscaping must be kept in good condition; mowed, weeds controlled, no junk piles or unsightliness.
Lots (without homes built) must be free of noxious weeds and cannot be used to store anything unless construction has begun.
No snowmobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, or similar devices shall be operated on any lot or common area within Springhill Reserve.
We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy this wonderful neighborhood!
